Stephani Strawn is a licensed social worker with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Alabama and her Master’s degree from Alabama A&M University.

Stephani began her career working with both survivors and perpetrators of domestic violence, gaining a deep understanding of complex trauma, relational dynamics, and behavioral change. She later transitioned into hospice care, supporting patients and families through end-of-life challenges with dignity, empathy, and clinical skill. These experiences ultimately led her to establish her own private therapy practice, where she integrates her diverse background to support clients navigating trauma, life transitions, and emotional distress.

She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Stephani is also a state-certified social work supervisor and is committed to ethical practice, professional mentorship, and ongoing clinical growth.

Stephani is married and the mother of three children, who continue to be her greatest source of support and inspiration in both her personal life and professional journey.
